The
purpose of this open letter is to inform you that in LATIN AMERICA was
already achieved the CONQUEST OF SPACE. It is barely natural that you
will skeptically smile before such information, possibly considered by
you as an “INSOLENCE”.
We comply
with the duty to advise you not to spend any more money on COSMIC
ROCKETS; those monies should be better used. The cosmic rockets are
good for nothing and are a real failure.
There
currently exists in a secret location in SOUTH AMERICA, in the deep
heart of the jungle, a scientific society with ninety-eight eminent
scientists coming from different European Nations. This society
following the footsteps of the great sage GUGLIELMO MARCONI, learned to
use the powerful SOLAR ENERGY with GREAT MASTERY.
Currently
such society builds under the guidance of wise MARTIANS men, wonderful
interplanetary ships with which they have not only studied all your
territories but they have also managed to travel to the MOON and to
MARS.
